We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2023, at the age of 96, Bernice Rudder of Havelock, North Carolina, born in Ardmore, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Elsie Hartle Holland; and her husband Raymond "Ray" Elwood Rudder. She is survived by: her children, Dianne Bowen (Jack) of Newport, Rosemary Osterhus of New Bern, Ramona Court of Havelock, Joseph Rudder (Marie) of Morehead City and Ted Rudder (Beckie) of Nampa, ID. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
