He was predeceased by: his father Armon Oliver; and his grandparents, Joseph, Atlantic Oden, Lorenzo and Gertrude Oliver.

He is survived by: his mother Loretter Mae Oden; his siblings, Jackie Oden of Newport, NC, Wayne Oden, Tracey Oliver of Burlington, NC and Shanae Oliver of Burlington, NC; his aunt Delphine Hacker; his godchildren, Ashanti Bryant, Jacob Godette and Delilah Godette; and his close friends, Prentice Bryant, Dwight Everette, Flint Manning Sr., Fred Nelson and Lionel Reels. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, cousins and friends.
