It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris (Griggs) Pitcher (Havelock, North Carolina), who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Samuel Griggs and Beulah Griggs (Sheppard). She is survived by: her sons, Stephen S. Bell (Kathy) of Florida and Michael A. Bell (Jennifer) of Morehead City; and her grandchildren, Stephen, Cory, Stephanie, Michael, Matthew, Noah, Emily and Grace. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
