She is survived by: her husband Butch Powell Jr.; her sons, Stephen OKruhlica of Columbia, SC, Michael OKruhlica (Erin) of Tustin, CA and Phillip OKruhlica (Adrian) of Fort Mohave, AZ; her brothers, Phillip Ocarroll of Washington, NC, Lloyd Ocarroll of Virginia and Jody Ocarroll of Washington, NC; and her grandchildren, Abigail OKruhlica, Megan OKruhlica, Lauren OKruhlica and Ava OKruhlica.
