It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Evans Usmc of Havelock, North Carolina, born in Darby, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Evans and Madeline Evans; his wife Barbara Evans; his daughters, Kelly Blake of Summerville, SC, Amy Dorsey (Bill) of New Bern, NC and Julie Evans of Jacksonville, NC; his sisters, Patricia Evans of Roswell, GA and Paula Richards (Larry) of Darby, PA; his granddaughter Kayla Bell (Corey) of Goose Creek, SC; his great grandchild Payton Bell; his friends, Richard, Betty Carraway, Kenny and Pam Rose; and his pets, Bailey and Dixie. He was also cherished by his friends and family.
