He was predeceased by: his parents, James Moyer and Betty Jane Moyer; and his brother Allen Moyer. He is survived by: his wife Denise H. Moyer; his children, Crystal Lynne Beverly (Elkridge) of Maryland, Colleen Marie Osborn of Lanham, Brandy Lee Bays of New Bern, Amanda Gayle Gillberg of Havelock, David Keith Phillips Jr. of New Bern and William James Phillips of New Bern; and his siblings, Beth Ann Tuston of Connellsville, Hazel Kardos of Linesville, Pennsylvania, Johnny Moyer of Georgia, Edward Moyer of Meadville, Larry Moyer of Meadville and Scott Moyer of Meadville, Pennsylvania.
