She was predeceased by: her husband Ray William Chadwick; and her children, Ray "Billy" Chadwick Jr. and Patricia Carpenter. She is survived by: her children, James Chadwick, Thomas Chadwick (Connie) and Jean Czernik; and her daughter-in-law Diane Chadwick. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
