He is survived by: his wife Althea Culley of Havelock; his siblings, Cynthia Cheek of Massachusetts, Carrie Lee Payne, Matilda Godette (Ozelle) of Havelock, Charles Fenner (Marjorie) of New York, Johnny Blango (Ada) of Havelock and Robert Cheek of Massachusetts; his stepdaughter Lavonne Reddick of Maryland; and his stepgrandsons, Kvon Ambrose and Isaiah Felton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
