It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ella Mae Rainey King of Haw River, North Carolina, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, C. V. Rainey and Iva Rainey; her son Michael Lindley; and her brother J. A. Rainey. She is survived by : her children, Rena Strader and Brent Lindley; her sister Karen Yeatts (Mickey); her grandchildren, Ryan Rasberry and Hayley Strader; her great grandchild Payeli Hopkins; and her pet Peanut. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
