With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn Rogers of Haw River, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 6, 2025 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Albright and Daviezene Williams Albright; her daughter Rosa Carr; her son-in-law Randal Landrum; her granddaughter Syreeta Rogers-Moore; and her siblings, Lula Albright, Arthur Lee Albright, Joseph Albright, George Graham and Barbara A. Rudd.

She is survived by: her husband Willard Rogers Sr.; her children, Willard Rogers Jr., Patricia Lloyd, Gloria Rogers, Deborah Savage (Theodore), Billie Jo Rogers and Bessie Griffith (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Mark Carr, Terri Carr, Derek Carr, Forrest Rogers, Rodney Lloyd, Bradford Lloyd, Tiffani Rogers (Bill), Jessica Savage, Ashlie Savage, Krista Howard, Michael Howard (Christel), Sopha Chiesa (Andrew) and Philip Rogers; her brother-in-law Ronald Rudd; her adoptive daughter Emma White; and her close friend Karen Vincent, Sr.. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren.
