He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby McGinnis and Isabel McGinnis; and his siblings, Deborah Jones and Kenneth McGinnis. He is survived by: his wife Sharon McGinnis; his children, Kimberly Coleman (Jason) and Jeffrey McGinnis; his grandchildren, Theron Lewis, Landon Coleman, Brayden Coleman, Ella McGinnis and Harper McGinnis; and his brother Mitchell Shane McGinnis (Madonna).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Alamance Baptist Church (4363 NC-62, Burlington, NC 27215). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice of Burlington, the Masonic Home For Children at Oxford or to Alamance Baptist Church.
