He is survived by: his wife April Swanson Woody; his daughter Faith Woody; his parents, Marlene Curtis of Murphy and Tony Woody (Jacqueline) of Edmenton, Kentucky; his uncle Terry Woody (Susan); his aunt Melba Black; his mother-in-law Becky Swanson Davis; and his cousin Nathan Allen (Lynn).
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Ivie Funeral Home (67 NC-69, Hayesville, NC 28904). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
