She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Margaret Stovall and Charles Albert Jehle, Jr.; her husband Gary Thurston; her son Charles Durrance; and her grandson Ricky Aspinwall.
She is survived by: her children, Maria Rodgers (John), Joan Jones (Mike), Margaret Ostrowski (John), Sam Durrance (Michelle), Matt Durrance, Joseph Durrance (Carol) and Steven Durrance (Michele); her stepdaughter Heather Miller; and her sister Charlotte Jehle Mason Kitchell of McKinney. She is also survived by her 22 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren, along with numerous cousins, friends.
