He was predeceased by: his brother James Campbell, Jr.; and his grandfather Harold Elkins. He is survived by: his parent Monica Elkins (Joshua McConnell) of Hayesville, NC; his wife Terra Elkins; his grandmother Diane Elkins; and his niece Skyleigh Campbell.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel of Hayesville (525 US-64, Hayesville, NC 28904). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
