He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Ralph Wagner and Ann Lydon Wagner; his siblings, Joe, Tee, Joseph Wagner, Ann Feczko (Jim), Debbie Ephrem and Timothy Wagner (Laureen); his children, Andrew Wagner (Alicen), Chris Wagner (Crystal), Luke Wagner (Allie) and Heather Wagner; and his grandchildren, Madison Parker, Austin Fairless, Macie Wagner, Makayla Fairless and Presley Wagner. He was also cherished by fourteen nieces/nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to Matt's Ministry in Hayesville, NC.
