He is survived by: his wife Carol Gibby Baron; his children, Jacqueline Ombres, Dr. Andre Baron (Monica) of Young Harris, GA and Marcel Baron of Jupiter, FL; his grandchildren, Roger Maxwell Baron, Charles Winston Baron, Louis John Ombres, Michael Jason Ombres, Nicole Marie Bashwiner, Ashley Monique Bashwiner and Kaylyn Daniel Ombres; his great grandchildren, Louis John Ombres, Jayde Sky Ombres, Joshua Matthew Patten and Julia Marie Patten; his extended family James Stanley; and his sibling's children, James Kirkpatrick, Jeanne Kirkpatrick, Lisa Guyaux, Andrea Gibby, Marty Gibby, Michelle McElhannon, Amy Rosser, Tiffany Setzer, Jamie Gibby Pollok and Ailena Parramore. He is also survived by sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; nephew.
