She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Hicks and Farris Breedlove Hicks; her husband Donald McCray; her son Larry McCray; her granddaughter Jennifer McCray; and her brother Cline Hicks.
She is survived by: her son Steven McCray (Pam) of Mineral Bluff, Georgia; her daughter-in-law Sue McCray of Lillington; her grandchildren, Stephanie Mauro (Nick) of Raleigh, Korah Imboden (Jared) of Knoxville, Sofi McCray of Mineral Bluff, Lydia Jones (Nick) of Hayesville and Mari McCray of Mineral Bluff; her great grandchildren, Ryan Mauro, Layla Mauro, Hazel Jones and Violet Jones; and her siblings, Judy Logan (Clay) of Hayesville, Joyce Hogan of Hayesville, Carolyn Dills (Bernell) of Duluth, Georgia and Ray Hicks (Gail) of Hayesville.
