He is survived by: his wife Billie Blankenship Wishon; his mother Connie Dehalt McClure; his daughter Ashley Wishon (Terry); his brothers, David Wishon (Marion) and Steve Wishon (Julie); his half-brother Jamey Wishon; and his sister Sandra Allen. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
