She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Atkinson and Josephine Atkinson; her spouse Windel Locklear; and her son Randall Locklear. She is survived by : her children, Mechele Davis (Don) of Hayesville, Allen Newborn of High Springs, Brian Locklear (Karen) of High Springs and Lisa McGovern (David) of Anderson; her siblings, Delia Baggett (Jim) of Blairsville, Georgia and Bill Atkinson (May) of Hayesville; her grandchildren, Jason Davis (Jessica), Justin Davis (Holly), David Newborn (Becky), Rebecca White, Kaelyn Locklear, Harlie Locklear, Steven McGovern (Kelsey) and Austin McGovern; and her great grandchildren, Logan Davis, Briella Ybarra, Emily Ybarra, Jonah Davis, Braxton Lingner, Noah Lingner, Roy White Jr., Barrett McGovern and Baylor Ann McGovern.
