She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Goodwin and Leona Helms Goodwin; her husband Charles; her granddaughter Nicole; and her siblings, Robert, Billy, Lois, Nell, Dorothy and Callie Mae.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Keith Smith of Cartersville, Stewart Allen Smith of Texas, Glenda Eaves of Hayesville, Jamie Ledford of Pensacola and Tami Moon of Stockbridge, Georgia; her sister Bobbie Jo; and her grandchildren, Loren, Brittany, Savannah, Kellie, Joshua, Jacob, Gavin, Megan and Jonathan. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
