She was predeceased by : her parents, George R. Gregory and Catherine Blaisuira Gregory; her daughter Lisa Vaow; her brother Rex Lee Gregory; and her son-in-law Michael Taylor.

She is survived by : her husband James Barrett of Hayesville; her children, Cathy Stone (Kenneth) of Tunkhannock, Sheri Taylor of Corinth, Harry Vaow (Joyce) of Factoryville, Barbara Penny (Rich) of Montrose, Jamie Barrett (Kim) of Young Harris, Cindy Ussery (Keith) of Gray Court and Cherri Garrett of Hiawasse, Georgia; and her siblings, Evelyn "Maggie" Hegedty of Tunkhannock, George Gregory (Carol) of Meshoppen, Pam Stoddard (Lenny Fitzgerald), Willowmea "Willie" Hoover (Robert) of Dushore and Dawn Droze. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and twenty seven great-grandchildren.
