We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2023, at the age of 63, Phyllis Kincaid Foley of Hayesville, North Carolina, born in Middletown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William "Bill" Sr. Kincaid and Loretta Sizemore Kincaid; and her brother William "Bill" Kincaid Jr.. She is survived by : her husband Gary Foley of Hayesville; her children, Deborah Foley Capps (Bryant) of Maggie Valley and Michael Foley of Atlanta, Georgia; her granddaughter Allorah Capps; and her sister Vickie Kincaid Haag (Robert) of Beattyville, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
