He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Crawford Conley; and his brother Chris Conley. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Medford Hall of Murphy, NC; his stepfather David Hall; his brothers, Robert Conley (Nancy) of Fort Pierce, FL and Eric Conley (Kelley) of Sanford, FL; his children, Ben Conley (Misti) of Etowah, TN and Carolyn Martin (Jason) of Athens, TN.; his grandchildren, Kaiden, Malachi, Tyler, Tristan, Presley and Faith; his great grandchild Atlas; and his uncle James Corns of Idaho Falls. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
