He is survived by : his wife Mary Jo Atkinson Locklear; his children, Lisa McGovern (David) of Anderson, Brian Locklear (Karen) of High Springs, Mechele Davis (Don) of Hayesville and Allen Newborn of High Springs, Florida; his grandchildren, Steven McGovern (Kelsey), Austin McGovern, Kaelyn Locklear, Harlie Locklear, Jason Davis (Jessica), Justin Davis (Holly), David Newborn (Becky) and Rebecca White; and his great grandchildren, Barrett McGovern, Logan Davis, Briella Ybarra, Emily Ybarra, Jonah Davis, Braxton Lingner, Noah Lingner and Roy White Jr..
