He is survived by: his spouse Fay Harrold Foster of Hays; his children, Cindy Dillard (Jamey) of Hays, Eric Foster of Hays and Joshua Foster (Kristy) of North Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Devin Dillard (Alivia), Blake Dillard (Ashley), Tate Foster, Montana Dillard, Anna Foster, Harper Foster and Owen Foster; his great grandchildren, Case Dillard and Josephine "Josie" Dillard; and his siblings, Tommy Foster (Betty) of Hays, Danny Seagraves of Pinnacle, Rosalee Kersey of Roaring River, Mozelle Blevins of Boonville, Jane McCloud of Wilkesboro and Linda Bauguess of Elkin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
