He is survived by : his wife Emma Jean Prevette Blevins; his daughters, Marsha Childress (Jeff) of Millers Creek, Angela Blevins of Wilkesboro and Alicia Murzin (John) of Hays; his grandchildren, Parker Childress, Kayla Johnson (James), Haylee Murzin and Joshua Murzin; his great grandchild Natalee Johnson; his niece Mary Triplett; and his brother Ralph Blevins (Mary) of Hays. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
