With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Pauline Ethel Wiles of Hays, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 4, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Wiles and Virgie Arlena Absher Wiles; her spouse Burley Wiles; and her siblings, Virginia "Jenny" Surdykowski, Marie Dillard, Kay Wiles, Donnie Lee Wiles, Johnny Wiles, Rayvon Wiles, James E. Wiles and Joseph Roby Wiles.
She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Wiles (Ralph Everhart); her grandsons, Michael Cale Groce of North Carolina and Cody Grant Groce of North Carolina; her great grandchildren, Cayden Lee Groce of Ohio and Dawson Beau Groce of North Carolina; and her sister Juanita Gambill (Donnie) of Hays. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
