He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dean Bauguess and Nova Richardson; and his brothers, Jerry and James. He is survived by: his wife Judy Call Bauguess; his stepson David Bauguess; and his sisters, Sara Bauguess of Millers Creek, Ann Mitchell of North Wilkesboro, Elaine Greene of Ferguson and Pauline Sharpe of Moravian Falls. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
