He is survived by: his wife Patricia Reese Yale; his brother Tommy Yale Sr. (Janet) of Hays; his siblings-in-law, Boyd, Travis, Evin and Elaine Figlia; his nephews, Justin Yale and Tommy Yale Jr.; his great-nieces, Maggie, Trea and Ilex; his niece Carli Adams; his nephew Daniel Adams; his close friends, Chris, Clinton, Lee, Melissa, Justin, Jeff and Tony; Drew of Asheville and Avery of Silver Spring, Maryland..

A graveside service was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Lawn Memorial Park.
