He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Jarrell Howard; his sons, Tony Anthony Howard and Ricky Thomas Riggan (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Kayla Deshay Riggan, David Timothy Riggan, Tyler Wayne Vaughan, Austin Thomas Riggan and Tanner Davis Riggan; his great grandchildren, Noah Pablo Roman and Robert John Roman; and his brother Bennie James Howard.
