She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl L. Robbins and Mary Pauline Self Robbins; her brothers, Douglas Robbins and Jerry Dean Robbins; and her stepdaughter Donna Franklin Morris.
She is survived by : her husband Thomas Wayne Franklin; her sons, Steven Wayne Hutson and Robin Keith Hutson (Melanie); and her siblings, Linda Guill, Kathy Vaughan and Dennis Allen Robbins.
