We are sad to announce that, on March 7, 2026, at the age of 71, Carlton Randolph Wright (Henderson, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Carlton is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Carlton's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his father Perry; and his brother Billy Wright. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Wright and Chad Wright (Heather); his stepson Chuck Strother (Glenda); his brothers, Danny Wright (Betty) and Hartwell Wright (Deta); and his grandchildren, Blake Wright (Amber), Lily Wright, Lacy Wright, Jonathon Strother, Brittany Strother and Josh Strother. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
