We announce the death of Carol Owen Wiggins Bibee (Henderson, North Carolina), who passed away on September 4, 2026, at the age of 69. Carol’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Lou Yarborough Owen and James Fenner Owen; her former husband Donnie Ray Wiggins, Sr.; and her daughter Angel Wiggins Reavis. She is survived by: her husband Roger Bibee; her sons, Stevie Joe Wiggins (Lucy) and Donnie Ray Wiggins, Jr. (Autumn); her son-in-law Gene Reavis; and her brother Roger Fenner Owen (Vicky). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eastside Baptist Church (1017 Eastern Blvd, Henderson, NC 27536). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
