She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Isaac Hughes Smith, Jr. and Annie Day Shepard Smith; her sister Annie Day Smith Donaldson; and her grandparents, Annie Day Robinson Shepard, Dr. James E. Shepard and Negroes. She was also cherished by ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many beloved nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
