Cheryl Leedy Seaman Obituary
We announce the death of Cheryl Leedy Seaman of Henderson, North Carolina, who passed away on September 23, 2026, at the age of 75. Cheryl will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband W. Marshall Seaman; her parents, Reverend Charles R. Leedy and Beulah C. Leedy; and her nephew Shane Hamblin. She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy L. Waddle of Christiansburg and C. R. "Randy" Leedy (Cathy) of Matoaca; her niece Elizabeth L. Rowlett (Chase) of Matoaca; her nephews, Sam Leedy and Ryan Leedy of Matoaca; her great-nephew Luke Rowlett; and her great-niece Tess Rowlett.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cokesbury Methodist Church Cemetery (2440 S Cokesbury Rd, Henderson, NC 27537).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Cokesbury Volunteer Fire Department or the American Cancer Society (https://donate.cancer.org).
