He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rudolph Smith and Anita Jane Kerr Smith. He is survived by: his wife Judy Watkins Smith; his children, Paul Smith (Allison May) and Angie Buettner (Scott); his grandchildren, Kinsley Bullard, William Buettner and Owen Buettner; and his siblings, Steve Smith (Rosemary), Gary Smith and Lauri Smith. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to North Henderson Baptist Church, Playground Fund, at 1211 N. Garnett St., Henderson, NC 27536, or to Oxford Preparatory School, Literacy Fund — causes that were close to Randy's heart.
