He was predeceased by: his father Alan Travis Kearney, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Paula Satterwhite Kearney of Henderson; his stepmother Susan Kearney of Henderson; his brother Alan Travis Kearney, Jr. of Oxford; his stepsister Deanna Leigh Davis of Wilson; his niece Zoey Katelynn Kearney; and his nephews, Patrick Alan Kearney and Brandon Goodson.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to New Sandy Creek Baptist Church, 1699 Weldon's Mill Road, Henderson, NC 27537.
