It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Perry Foster of Henderson, North Carolina, born in Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kitt Foster, Sr. and Lois Watkins Foster. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Edwards Foster; his children, Jackie Foster Ragan (Frankie) and David Allen Foster of Henderson; and his grandsons, Phillip Ryan Lynch (Maureen) and Bryce Ragan.
