We announce the death of Dennis Thomas Hargrove Sr. (Henderson, North Carolina), who passed away on September 26, 2026, at the age of 62. He was predeceased by: his parents, Amanda Hargrove and Javous Kingsberry. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Wright and Dennis Hargrove Jr. (Malia); his close friend Barbara Barbera; and his siblings, Shirley Scott (Cornelius), Tracy Hargrove, Linda Kingsberry, Ann Kingsberry Harris, David Kingsberry (Evelyn) and Richard Kingsberry (Gloria). He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and a host of other relatives.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Davis-Royster Funeral Service (926 S Garnett St, Henderson, NC 27536). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
