She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Cooper (Debbie) and Bradley Cooper (Joan); her grandsons, Jacob Cooper (Vivien), Joshua Cooper and Braden Cooper; her great grandchildren, Avery Cooper and Rowan Cooper; her sisters, Priscilla Tingen and Rosemary Elliott; and her niece Stephanie Tingen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tungsten Baptist Church (4944 Tungsten Mine Rd, Henderson, NC 27536). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates memorial contributions made in Doris's memory to the Tungsten Baptist Church Building Fund.
