She is survived by : her husband Ronnie M. Lassiter; her children, Pamela Byrd (Larry), Joni S. White (Wayne), Delphia Sams and James Britt Sams Jr.; her brothers, Tommy Manning (Ann) and Rev. Bennie Manning (Faye); and her stepchildren, Tara Harrell (David) and Michael Lassiter.
