It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Currie Robinson (Henderson, North Carolina), who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hays Currie and Estelle McCurry Currie. She is survived by: her former husband Robert Eugene Smith; her husband Horace M. Robinson; her daughter Phyllis Smith Castelli (Vince); and her cousin Larry G. McCurry of Atlanta. She is also survived by two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, many beloved nieces and nephews.
