She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Ranes Fletcher and William Henry Fletcher, Sr.; her spouse Elmus Watkins Pegram, Jr.; her granddaughter Amy Pegram; and her siblings, W. H. Fletcher, Jr. and Ruth Woodlief.
She is survived by: her sons, Julian Pegram (Patricia) of Youngsville, Bill Pegram (Reenie) of Topsail Island, Bobby Pegram (Beth) of Henderson and Walter Pegram (Kim) of Henderson; her grandchildren, Will Pegram (Alisa), Josh Pegram (Cody), Allison Pegram, Luke Pegram, Colin Pegram and Sadie Pegram; and her brothers, Charles Fletcher of Henderson and Jimmy Fletcher of Oxford.
