With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin Dillard Louise Alma (Henderson, North Carolina), who passed away on July 20, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Arthur Franklin, Sr. and Catherine Louise Ross Franklin; her spouse Russell King Dillard; and her siblings, G. A. Franklin Jr., James E. Franklin, William "Bobby" Franklin, Charles Franklin, Edith F. Lewis and Mary F. Zienty.

She is survived by: her children, Pamela Dillard Stewart (Neal) of Cary, Marsha Dillard Harris of Henderson and Russell Franklin Dillard (Louise) of Wilson; her grandchildren, David Stewart (Rebecca), Dr. Kevin Harris (Kelley), Sarah Stump (Bo), Gillian Dillard and Laura Stewart; her great grandchild Catherine Love Stump; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Ann Franklin, Alma Jo Franklin and Helen K. Franklin.
