She was predeceased by: her parents, Chalmus Williams and Marie Rhymer Williams; her husband Alvin Wayne Stepp; and her brothers, Larry Williams, Jerry Williams and Danny Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Holbert (Melissa) of Matthews, NC and Angela Holbert of Hendersonville, NC; her grandchildren, Joseph, Nathaniel Holbert of Matthews, NC and Madelyn Holbert of Hendersonville, NC; her brother Michael Williams; David, Lee, Michael and Sheryl. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Stepp Cemetery (1500 Stepp Mill Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28792).
