She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Edward Ragland and Emma Jefferson Ragland. She is survived by: her children, Altonia Moore Jr., Alicia Moore (Dornell), Kesha Moore (George), Terry Moore and Tamika Moore (Herman); and her sister Latrice Ragland. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Davis-Royster Funeral Service, Inc. (926 S Garnett St, Henderson, NC 27536). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Livingstone Christian Church (2747 NC-39, Henderson, NC 27537).
