He is survived by: his parent Leacil Garrett; his wife Wanda Mills Garrett; his son Kim Eugene Garrett (Jo Ann) of Hendersonville; his grandchildren, Tyler Garrett (Sabrina) of Campobello, SC and Jodi Garrett Murphy (Andrew) of Hendersonville; and his great grandchildren, Caitlyn Murphy of Hendersonville and Caleb Garrett of Campobello, SC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
