It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Ayscue Parham of Henderson, North Carolina, who passed away on April 18, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Ayscue Parham to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, David Lee Ayscue and Val Journigan Ayscue; her husband Maurice Wilson Parham; her siblings, Pauline Rigsbee, Jane Arnold, Christine Williams, Neta Mae White, Hubert Ayscue and Jack Ayscue; and her son-in-law Charles Seaman.

She is survived by : her daughter Brenda P. Seaman; her brothers, William H. Ayscue and Talmadge E. "Buck" Ayscue; her grandchildren, Cameron Saemann, Lisa Lister (Andy) and Erica Seaman; her great grandchildren, Cade Lister and Ella Lister; and her friend Gale Hayes.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sossamon Funeral Home of Henderson (1833 Oxford Rd, Henderson, NC 27536). A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at the Sunset Gardens (3174 Highway 158 Business, Henderson, NC 27536).
