He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Atwood Davis, Sr. and Sara Alston Burwell Davis; and his half-brother Lawrence Davis. He is survived by: his children, Sara Anne Davis of Oxford, Suzanne Davis Duncan (Kyle) of Sarasota, Florida and Herman A. "Woody" Davis, III (Valerie) of Henderson; his grandson Robert E. Bowen, Jr. (Samantha) of Oxford; his great grandchildren, Adalyn Grace Bowen and Eva Williamson of Oxford; and his niece Patsy Davis Ellis of Henderson.
