He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Clemon Collier Jr. and Virginia Ayscue Collier; and his brothers, Donald Collier and Terry Collier. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Baggett Collier; his children, James C. Collier Jr. and Kimberley C. Parrish (Stanley); his siblings, Vickie Setzer (Benny) and Randy Collier (Christine); his grandchildren, Amberley Rhyne, Chelsea Collier, Samantha Collier, Patrick Dickerson, Avery Adcock and Jordan Collier; and his great grandchild Ivy Jane Davis.
